NORAC is once again sponsoring the Vernon Winter Carnival parade on February 7, 2026.
We need as many members, family and friends out as possible to help with the organization of the staging area.

Event time: 9:30 AM Pacific time
Event location: parade staging area on 27th Street in front of the Bannister automotive dealership
As well, some NORAC team members may meet up for breakfast at Denny's ahead of the event (~7:30 AM).
The usual guidance applies: dress for the elements, know your radio ahead of the event, bring an extra radio battery.
Beautiful new NORAC safety vests will be available for event use if need be.
Felix will outline what radio frequency/repeater the NORAC team will be utilizing for the event.
